Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman welcomed the agreement on the terms and mechanisms for implementing the first phase of the ceasefire in Gaza, which contributes to halting the war, releasing prisoners and detainees on both sides, and ensuring the entry of humanitarian aid into the Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, Oman emphasized the importance of continuing regional and international efforts aimed at consolidating the ceasefire and paving the way for a just and comprehensive political solution that guarantees the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and contributes to achieving security and stability in the region.
