Palestine Foreign Ministry Calls for Concrete Global Steps to Force Israel to Stop Gaza Crimes

Gaza: The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called for a global action to swiftly translate the international consensus rejecting the Israeli aggression and famine in the Gaza Strip into practical, binding steps that compel the occupying state to stop its crimes against Palestinian civilians.

According to Qatar News Agency, the ministry emphasized the need for activating the role of the UN and the Security Council to oversee the implementation of relevant UN resolutions. It urged the adoption and execution of the outcomes of the New York Declaration as part of a broader effort to address the ongoing crisis.

The ministry also advocated for increased official international visits to Gaza, suggesting that these visits be accompanied by journalists and media representatives to ensure transparency and global awareness.

In its statement, the ministry welcomed the joint statement issued by 27 foreign ministers worldwide, along with European commissioners. This joint statement highlighted the severity of the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and the catastrophic levels it has reached.

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs further called for the unhindered entry of all humanitarian aid into the Strip to stop the famine and urged against politicizing humanitarian assistance.
