Iraq was able to win its first match in the Olympics against Ukraine, with two goals to one, after playing a distinguished match.

Ukraine took the lead through Valentin Rubchinskiy in the 53rd minute, but Ayman Hussein equalised for Iraq just 4 minutes later, from a penalty kick.

The winning goal for Iraq came from the feet of the rising star, Ali Jassim, after a technical skill, in the 75th minute.

In the second match, the Moroccan national team will face Ukraine, after the “Atlas Lions” defeated the “Tango Dancers” in their first match, with two goals to one.

The third match for the Arab teams in the Olympics is for the Egyptian team, which will face Uzbekistan in the third group of the tournament.

e opening matches of the football competitions in the Olympic Games, as they tied 0-0 with the Dominican Republic team, while Uzbekistan lost with difficulty to Spain, the fourth team in the group, with a score of 2-1.
