Doha: HE President of the 66th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and UN High Representative for the Alliance of Civilizations Nassir bin Abdulaziz Al Nasser has described the recent referendum on draft constitutional amendments as one of Qatar’s most significant historical moments.
