Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met on Sunday with HE Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the State of Qatar Walid Fahmy Al Faqi. The meeting focused on exploring avenues to enhance cooperation between Qatar and Egypt, and also addressed several issues of mutual interest.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Ambassador expressed Egypt’s condolences following the death of three members of the Amiri Diwan in a traffic accident in Sharm El-Sheikh. The accident occurred while the members were on official duties. The ambassador also extended well-wishes for the swift recovery of those injured in the incident.
