Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received a phone call from HE Federal Chancellor of the Republic of Austria Christian Stocker. The conversation focused on enhancing cooperation and addressing regional developments, particularly in the Gaza Strip and occupied Palestinian territories, alongside other issues of mutual interest.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Prime Minister reiterated Qatar’s dedication to collaborating with regional and international partners to reduce tensions and foster stability and peace in the region. His Excellency highlighted the necessity of international unity in pressuring all parties to ensure the success of Qatar’s mediation efforts, which aim to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza, facilitate the release of hostages and detainees, and allow the flow of humanitarian aid to alleviate the critical conditions in the Strip.
