Doha: The State of Qatar voiced its solidarity with the fraternal Republic of Sudan in addressing the effects of the landslide that occurred in the Jebel Marra area in the Darfur region in the west of the country, which resulted in hundreds of deaths and injuries.

According to Qatar News Agency, in a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Qatar’s condolences to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Sudan, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
