Doha: Acting General Manager of Qatar Chamber Ali Bu Sherbak Al Mansouri held discussions with HE Non-Resident Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to the State of Qatar, Natalia Al Mansour, at the Chamber’s headquarters.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing bilateral relations and cooperation in trade and economic sectors. Both parties emphasized the importance of the Qatari private sector in promoting trade exchange between the two nations.

Discussions also included preparations for the upcoming Qatar-Slovenia Business Forum, which will take place in Doha in November. The forum is expected to feature a high-level Slovenian delegation, along with numerous Qatari and Slovenian businessmen and investors.

Al Mansouri expressed the Chamber’s willingness to collaborate with Slovenian counterparts to advance trade and investment relations further. He highlighted that the trade exchange between Qatar and Slovenia reached approximately QR 138 million in 2024, underscoring a shared interest in enhancing the private sector’s role in stimulating investments and increasing bilateral trade.
