Doha: Qatari newspapers focused on the State of Qatar’s position as one of the strongest regional economies and a promising player on the global stage in their Sunday editorials. Despite global challenges, Qatar has maintained balanced growth rates, reinforcing its advanced standing on the global economic map in recent years.
According to Qatar News Agency, the editorials also celebrated the successful launch of the Aspetar International Rehabilitation Conference, underscoring Qatar’s status as a global hub for sport and sports medicine. The event attracted over 700 experts from 90 countries, reflecting Qatar’s ability to organize and host leading international conferences in this vital field.
The newspapers also marked the celebration of the International Day for Tolerance, emphasizing the commitment to promoting tolerance, respect, dialogue, and building bridges of cooperation among people of different religions, cultures, and ethnicities. This celebration highlights the ability of all people to embrace
their differences and stresses that all human beings belong to one large family.
Al-Raya newspaper reiterated that Qatar boasts one of the region’s strongest economies and remains a promising global economy. The country has maintained balanced growth despite various global challenges, in line with the vision set by HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani for achieving Qatar National Vision 2030. This vision aims for a diversified and competitive knowledge-based economy.
The paper emphasized Qatar’s commitment to fostering a business environment that attracts global investors, supported by an administrative and legislative system conducive to business.
