Doha: Qatari newspapers covered a range of topics in their Sunday editorials, with a significant focus on the upcoming Sharm El-Sheikh Peace Summit. The summit, co-chaired by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and US President Donald Trump, will feature international participation and is set to finalize a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, alongside measures related to the initial phase of the agreement.

According to Qatar News Agency, the newspapers emphasized Qatar’s role in mediating the agreement, which brings hope for alleviating the plight of Palestinians and detainees.
