New york: HE Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations, Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al-Thani, met with HE Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Betsa Mariana, at the Permanent Mission headquarters in New York. During this meeting, they focused on reviewing the bilateral relations between Qatar and Ukraine and explored ways to support and strengthen these ties, especially in the context of multilateral cooperation.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine expressed her gratitude to the State of Qatar for its efforts in reuniting Ukrainian children with their families. This effort is part of Qatar’s ongoing mediation aimed at reuniting families that have been separated due to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
