The first football team of Al-Rayyan Club began preparations for the 2023/2024 football season under their new Portuguese coach Leonardo Jardim who replaced Chilean Nicolas Cordova until the summer of 2025.

Al-Rayyan underwent their first training session after returning from vacation with the participation of all local players. The training will continue until the start of their European camp to be held in Austria from July 17 to August 7.

Coach Jardim met with the players and explained his strategy for the next stage as well as the program developed for the QNB Stars League competitions which will start on August 17.
