Following the approval of the meeting’s agenda, HE QRCS Secretary-General Al Emadi presented a video showcasing the results and achievements of 2024 across the organization’s main divisions: Volunteering and Local Development, Medical Affairs, Relief and International Development, and Communication and Fundraising. The presentation revealed that QRCS carried out aid projects benefiting 7,994,317 individuals last year, with a total expenditure of QR 547,552,030, marking a 4.8 percent increase from 2023.

Subsequently, HE Board Member and Secretary Dr. Mohamed Johar Al Mohamed sought the OGM’s endorsement of the closing audit report and the discharge of the Board of Directors from liability for the Fiscal Year 2024. QRCS Head of Finance and budget committee representative, Mohamed Mohiy Khalifa, presented the Fiscal Year 2025 budget.
