Doha, Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index closed trading today, rising by 0.59 percent, or 55.820 points, to reach 9,579.350 points.

During today’s session, 171,218,108 shares were traded, with a value of QR 433,130,981.317, as a result of implementing 16,929 transactions in all sectors.

The shares of 22 companies rose during the session, while the prices of 20 other companies fell, and five companies maintained their previous closing prices.

At the end of the trading session, the market capitalization amounted to QR 564,814,612,091.010, compared to QR 561,641,864,796.730 in the previous session.
