Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index closed Tuesday’s trading higher by 50.94 points, or 0.46 percent, to close at 11,052.82 points. During the session, 145,634,797 shares, valued at QR 491,846,956.031, were traded in 27,685 transactions across all sectors.

According to Qatar News Agency, the session saw share prices rise in 34 companies, decline in 12, while six others maintained their previous closing. Market capitalization at the end of the trading session amounted to QR 663,370,550,960.580, compared to QR 659,047,987,920.398 in the previous session.
