Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed higher on Tuesday, increasing by 40.92 points, or 0.38 percent, to reach 10,777.39 points. During the session, a total of 101,122,603 shares were traded, with a value of QAR 406,002,720.804, through 18,004 transactions across all sectors.

According to Qatar News Agency, the session saw the shares of 20 companies rise, and those of 26 companies decline, while six companies maintained their previous closing price. At the end of the trading session, the market capitalization stood at QAR 644,600,739,378.264, compared to QAR 641,804,518,909.836 in the previous session.
