Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index edged higHer 0.02% at the start of trading on Sunday, adding 2.48 points to reach 10,715 compared to the previous session’s close.
According to Qatar News Agency, market data showed gains in Telecoms (+0.43%), Banks and Financial Services (+0.10%), Industrials (+0.03%), and Insurance (+0.01%). Meanwhile, losses were seen in Consumer Goods and Services (-0.06%), Real Estate (-0.24%), and Transportation (-0.29%).
By 10:00 am, QSE reported a turnover of QR 61.806 million from 17.044 million shares traded across 3,044 transactions.
