Wind inshore will be mainly northwesterly at a speed of 03 to 10 KT at first shifts to easterly to southeasterly 05 to 15 KT later.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly to southwesterly to at a speed of 03 to 13 KT.
Visibility will be 4 to 9 KM.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 FT. Offshore, it will be 1 to 3 FT.
