Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov discussed, Monday, with Chairman of the Omani State Council Sheikh Abdulmalik bin Abdullah Al Khalili, who is currently visiting Russia, means to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
