Moscow, The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today the downing of 53 Ukrainian drones last night over the regions of Rostov, Kursk, Belgorod, Krasnodar, and the Saratov area where a Russian strategic bomber base is located. Authorities said that air defense units destroyed over 40 targets in the Morozovsky area. On another note, the Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed rapid progress of its forces towards Avdiivka, indicating that Ukrainian forces are losing their positions and fortifications daily and are forced to retreat.
