The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the Ukrainian army’s losses during the week amounted to 16,640 soldiers, in addition to the destruction of a number of military vehicles and dozens of drones. The Russian Defense Ministry stated in its weekly report on the progress of military operations in Ukraine that during the period from September 21 to 27, Russian forces launched 33 strikes against Ukrainian forces targeting energy sites and vital infrastructure.

The report explained that Russian forces in the “North” axis were able to eliminate 3,270 Ukrainian soldiers, and 10 tanks, 6 rocket launchers, 53 cannons, armored vehicles, and 8 electronic warfare stations within a week.

It indicated that the Russian “West” axis forces were able to repel 24 Ukrainian attacks. The Ukrainian army’s losses amounted to about 3,000 soldiers, and 7 tanks, 14 armored vehicles, 52 cannons, and 26 ammunition depots.

The report explained that the Russian “South” forces were able to control the towns of “Grigorovka” and
“Ostroye” in the “Donetsk” region, and the Ukrainian army’s losses amounted to more than 5,000 soldiers and two tanks Dozens of armored vehicles, and 11 electronic warfare stations.

The “Center” forces were also able to control the towns of “Ukrainsk” and “Marinovka” in “Donetsk”, and the Ukrainian army’s losses amounted to 3,880 soldiers during the week, while the Russian “East” axis forces were able to repel 12 Ukrainian attacks and the Ukrainian army’s losses amounted to about a thousand individuals, in addition to dozens of military vehicles and armored vehicles.

The report added that the Russian air defenses were able to shoot down dozens of missiles, in addition to shooting down 482 Ukrainian drones, including 164 over the provinces of southwestern Russia, and 6 Ukrainian drone boats were destroyed in the Black Sea.
