Doha: Salam International Company, a Qatari public shareholding company, reported a 74.4% increase in its net profits during the first half of this year, reaching QAR 46.7 million compared to QAR 26.77 million in the same period last year.

According to Qatar News Agency, the company’s financial statements, published today on the Qatar Stock Exchange website, showed earnings per share rising to QAR 0.041 for the first six months of the year, up from QAR 0.023 during the same period last year.
