Jeddah, HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, discussed Tuesday with Japanese Prime Minister, Fumio Kishida, the latest regional and international developments and the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories and efforts to stop Israeli attacks. The video teleconference meeting discussed ways to support efforts aimed at international recognition of an independent Palestinian state, and Palestinian people's right to self-determination. The deliberations also covered the bilateral relations and opportunities for developing them across various fields, in addition to a number of topics of common interest. The two sides concurred to establish the Saudi-Japanese Strategic Partnership Council and discussed economic and investment cooperation in energy and joint investments between the two countries.
