Riyadh: Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held a phone call on Sunday with Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
