The Popular Mobilization Forces adopted the strategy of mobile detachments to secure convoys of Iranian visitors.

A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that the combat units of the Popular Mobilization Forces deployed on the international road extending from Muntharia border crossing to Muqdadiya, northeast of Baquba, to secure convoys of Iranian visitors to perform the Arbaeen visit ceremonies.

He added that the mobilization depends on the principle of mobile detachments in order to secure Khanaqin and Hamrin road and other sub-roads to the passage of convoys of visitors. Pointing out that the securing plan is taking place in coordination with the Diyala Operations Command./ End
