Stockholm: Swedish Defense Minister Pal Jonson expressed his country’s intention to take part in the efforts to boost Ukraine’s arm supplies. This came after US President Donald Trump decided to supply Ukraine with billions of dollars of weapons via NATO, including Patriot missile systems.

According to Qatar News Agency, Jonson remarked, “We welcome the American decision to make possible increased sanctions against Russia and to pave the way for the delivery of Patriots and other weapon systems to Ukraine.”
