Telegram: The instant messaging platform Telegram has launched a new update focusing on optimizing Mini Apps in the platform.
According to Qatar News Agency, the new update includes a range of advantages, such as full-screen support, UI improvements, as well as the possibility of tracking the movement of the device and customizing the gaming experience, which promotes the use of Mini Apps, and provides developers with new tools to improve their apps.
Mini Apps is a small software that works within the platform and have been made by external developers using the Application Programming Interface (API) provided by Telegram. These apps can be accessed directly through the chat box, without the need to download a separate app, used to expand the platform’s functionality, and provide additional services.
The new update now allows users to run Mini Apps within the telegram in full screen mode, providing larger content in the screen, such as playing games in horizontal display mode, as well as displaying additi
onal elements in the interface, as well as tracking the movement of the device, opening the door to new gaming controls (such as controlling the elements within them by moving the phone), and running virtual reality applications.
