The Kormor gas field in the Kurdistan region was attacked by a drone. A joint statement from the Ministries of Electricity and Natural Resources in the Kurdistan Region stated: We would like to inform the two citizen electricity subscribers of a drone attack on the Kormor field that led to the cessation of gas supplies to power stations, which led to the cutting of about 2,500 megawatts of electricity. It added that employees of the Ministries of Electricity and Natural Resources are working with their partners to normalize the situation and resume gas supplies to power generation plants.
