Baghdad, The work of the Iraqi-Qatari Forum was launched in the city of Erbil, with the participation of a group of local and Qatari companies alike.

The Supervisor of the Qatari Trade Forum, Nizar Kazali, said in a statement today: We have communication and coordination with the “Qatar Development Bank”, which is one of the well-known banks in the region, and has projects for development, including the establishment of a trade forum whose idea was crystallized as a first step in Baghdad last year, and decided to it repeats the experience, but on a larger scale and with greater participation here in the Kurdistan region, specifically in Erbil.

He continued: We have informed the Qatari side that Qatar in general and companies in particular have knowledge and interest in expanding their work in Iraq in general and the region in particular, so they wish as merchants and companies to work in various fields and sectors throughout the country.
