The Minister of Immigration and Displacement, Ivan Faiq Jabro, supervised today, in the field, the return of 450 displaced people from the Musayyib District to their original residential areas in the villages of Alexandria (the Lakes Region), in the presence of the Prime Minister’s Advisor, Fadi Al-Shammari, and the Commander of Middle Euphrates Operations in the Popular Mobilization Forces, Major General Ali Al-Hamdani and a number of sheikhs and notables of the region.

According to a statement by the Ministry, the Minister visited the homes of the returning families in the areas of return to see their conditions, confirming her intention to address the concerned authorities to restore the homes and provide them with all services. She also directed the ministry’s cadres to provide support to the returnees and include durable goods and relief aid to provide them with a decent living.
