The Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, headed a high-ranking security delegation, participated in the work of the international conference held by the Supreme National Defense University in the Iranian capital, Tehran, under the title (Engineering the New World Order), with wide participation from various countries and personalities.
The Minister delivered a speech at the conference, in the introduction of which he conveyed the greetings and greetings of the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, to the attendees, stressing: “This meeting is a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences and keep pace with regional and international changes affecting the security aspect of international relations, which may create many challenges.” For most countries," stressing the importance of continuing scientific and research cooperation to serve issues of common interest to friendly and brotherly countries and to build a starting base and an integrated approach for military planners and strategic leaders.
He pointed out: "The Iraqi Ministry of Interior is keen to develop and enhance the prospects for security cooperation between the two neighboring countries."
The Minister also called for concluding memorandums of understanding for scientific and research cooperation, as well as other cooperation mechanisms in accordance with consistent security ideas and studies based on common security aspects.
On the sidelines of the conference, the university administration honored the Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, for his distinguished leadership in managing the Arbaeen visit, which is considered one of the largest crowds of millions in the world.
