Basra Anti-crime detachments arrested two defendants who committed theft and robbery crimes in the Shatt al-Arab district. The Basra Police Command stated in a statement that the detachments of the Shatt al-Arab Crime Control Division arrested two accused perpetrators of theft crimes, for stealing a motorcycle in the Shatt al-Arab district from its owner at gunpoint.
