The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it thwarted an attempt by Ukraine, with two drones, to target targets on Russian territory.

The ministry said in a statement that, "Tuesday morning, an attempt by the Kiev regime to launch an attack by two drones on targets over the Tula region, south of Moscow, was thwarted, and the air defenses were able to destroy it."

The ministry had announced yesterday night that "the air defenses shot down a drone over the Russian province of Belgorod near the borders of Ukraine, and shot down two Ukrainian drones over the Bryansk province bordering the territory of Ukraine, and another drone near the city of Lyubertsy, on the outskirts of Moscow, on Monday morning as well.
