Kyiv: Ukrainian air defense units shot down 117 of 157 Russian drones overnight in a massive airstrike across the country.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Ukrainian Air Force clarified in a statement that the drones were intercepted in the north, east, south, and center, noting that 19 other drones lost their radar signature.

Since the beginning of the conflict in February 2022, Russia and Ukraine have exchanged almost daily announcements of downing drones. However, verifying this information is difficult due to the ongoing wartime conditions, which have made access to combat zones and data verification difficult.
