Kyiv, Governor of the Ukrainian Chernihiv region Vyacheslav Chaus said that a Russian missile attack killed and injured a number of people and caused damage to the city's social infrastructure on Wednesday. Russian forces launched three missile strikes in the center of the city, Chaus said, adding that a number of civilians were killed and many others were wounded. Meanwhile, rescuers and paramedics are working to provide all necessary assistance.
