Doha: On the occasion of Human Rights Day, UNRWA called for universal adherence to human rights standards, stressing that these rights must not be applied selectively.

According to Qatar News Agency, in its statement, the Agency reaffirmed that human rights are indivisible and apply equally to all people, including Palestine refugees. It warned that any exceptions undermine the values enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and international law.

UNRWA concluded by underscoring that human rights must be respected without exception.
