Doha: The Qatari men’s volleyball team completed its preparations this evening for its upcoming match against Lebanon, scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, in the quarterfinals of the West Asia Championship, currently taking place in Bahrain.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Qatari team aims to continue its winning streak and advance steadily through the knockout stages. Having secured qualification to the quarterfinals in the previous round, the team enters tomorrow’s match with high confidence and strong ambition to reach the semifinals and continue its pursuit of the title in the inaugural edition of the championship.

Qatar qualified for this stage by topping Group B in the tournament, after achieving three consecutive victories in the group stage, the last of which came yesterday with a 3-2 win over Kuwait. This raised the team’s tally to 8 points, placing it at the top of its group and strengthening its status as one of the leading contenders for the title.
