An earthquake measuring 4.5 magnitude on the Richter scale struck on Sunday south of Fiji.
The quake hit at a depth of 10 km, according to the US Geological Survey (USGS).
So far, there have been no reports of material damage or casualties caused by the earthquake.
Fiji is located along the Pacific Ring of Fire, making it exposed to many tremors and aftershocks that may be strong at times.
