Basra Rescue Police arrested an accused in his possession of drug paraphernalia. Basra Police Command stated in a statement: "Based on accurate security information, the Rescue Police detachments within the Maqal sector were able to arrest a drug user in the Maqal area and seized drug paraphernalia in his possession.
