Riyadh, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of thanks to His Majesty King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, following the conclusion of the Summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

HM the King expressed his gratitude to HM the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for hosting the summit, hailing the deep-rooted historic Bahraini-Saudi relations that reflect the close cooperation between the two countries and peoples.

His Majesty commended the outcome of the summit, which was chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister,

HM King Hamad noted that the results of the summit will contribute to strengthening and consolidating relations with ASEAN countries.

HM the King wished Saudi Arabia further progress and prosperity.
