Kuwait, Kuwait Stock Exchange concluded its trading today higher by 67.17 points to reach 6,636.15 points, an increase of 1.02 percent.

138.7 million shares were traded through 9,846 cash transactions, worth KD 37 million (about USD 112.8 million).

The main market index rose by 61.46 points to reach 5,495.12 points, an increase of 1.13 percent, with a trading of 57 million shares through 3,089 cash transactions, worth KD 6.2 million dinars (about USD18.9 million).

The first market index also increased by 71.32 points to reach 7,252.25 points, an increase of 0.99 percent with a trading of 81.7 million shares through 6,757 transactions worth KD 30.8 million (about USD 93.9 million).

The bourse Main 50 Index surged 81.86 points to reach 5,422.34 points, an increase of 1.53 percent, with a trading of 33.9 million shares through 2,074 cash transactions worth KD 5 million (about USD 15.2 million).
