Doha: Kuwait’s Minister of Finance Noura Al-Fassam and visiting UK Foreign Secretary discussed ways to increase the bilateral trade volume. During their meeting on Sunday, both ministers expressed a shared desire to enhance the strategic investment partnership between Kuwait and the UK.

According to Qatar News Agency, Kuwait news agency (KUNA) quoted minister Al-Fassam as telling her guest that the State of Kuwait, as the current presidency of the Gulf Cooperation Council, looks forward to speeding up the negotiation on a free trade agreement between the GCC and the UK.
