Riyadh: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s main index concluded trading on Sunday with a decrease of 31.19 points, settling at 10,899.11 points. The total value of trades reached SR 3.5 billion.
According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session saw a total of 234 million shares exchanged. Out of the companies involved, 77 reported an increase in their value, whereas 169 companies ended the session with a decline.
The parallel market, known as the Saudi Stock Exchange Index (Nomu), also experienced a drop. It lost 199.33 points, closing at 26,449.38 points. Trades in this segment were valued at SR 18 million, with a trading volume exceeding two million shares.
