Riyadh: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s main index experienced a downturn on Monday, declining by 107.47 points to close at 10,791.64 points. The trading session saw a total value of SR 4.6 billion.
According to Qatar News Agency, the market witnessed the trading of 266 million shares. Out of the companies listed, 31 saw their values increase, while a significant 223 companies faced declines.
The parallel Saudi Stock Exchange Index, known as Nomu, also faced a decrease, shedding 213.58 points to settle at 26,235.80 points. Trades on this index were valued at SR 21 million, with over 3 million shares exchanged during the session.
