The Independent High Electrical Commission (IHEC), today, Saturday, in the presence of representatives of political parties, alliances and civil society organizations, conducted a lottery for the numbers of alliances, parties and individual candidates participating in the provincial elections scheduled to be held on December 18, 2023.
The IHEC announced that the sequences of electoral lists begin with the number 1 and end with the number 235.
