Chairman of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya Mohamed Al Menfi received a written message from Chinese President Xi Jinping pertaining to bilateral relations between the two countries. Libyan News Agency (LANA) said that the message included China's commitment to its principled stance on the Palestinian cause, which is the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, and its recognition as a full member state in the United Nations.
