The head of the Iraqi Islamic Supreme Council, Humam Hamoudi, stressed the importance of the development road and the necessity of the Gulf and neighboring countries participating in it.
A statement by the Supreme Council stated, “Humam Hamoudi received the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait, Tariq Abdullah Al-Faraj, and they discussed political developments, relations between the two countries, and opportunities for joint cooperation.”
During the meeting, Hamoudi stressed, “The importance of the strategic development road project adopted by the government, not only for Iraq, but for the countries of the region and the world,” noting, “The stability that Iraq is witnessing has created the conditions for a qualitative leap in the service and economic fields, which will reflect positively on the countries of the entire region.”
He pointed out "the importance of the Gulf and neighboring countries participating in the investment opportunities launched by Iraq," noting that "developing common interests is the best way to deepen relations and enhance stability."/End
